Requesting a cancellation
Contact White Camel Homes as soon as possible and include the booking reference and lead guest name. A cancellation is effective when it has been acknowledged through the booking channel or by our team.
Refunds
Any refund is calculated under the terms accepted for the reservation. Payment-provider, currency-conversion or channel charges may be handled separately where the confirmed terms allow.
Changes and exceptional circumstances
Date changes are subject to availability, current pricing and the confirmed booking terms. If exceptional circumstances affect a stay, contact us promptly so the available options can be reviewed.
